Can they be used to refill/plump up bean-bag seating ?

What about asking on the Green-fingered Board about the possibilities of using for plant insulation - someone on there is bound to have an opinion?

I have used these to top up my bean bag seats as the original stuffing gets crushed and loses volume after a while.

I would think two bin bags full would make a lovely bean bag from scratch.

  • I suggest the nursery/toddler group option. Our little ones spent many an afternoon buried in them, hiding things in them in a deep tray and of course jumping in them, thats without the arty things you can do with them! same can be said of shredded paper too, all good fun!

The primary school used these (in white) at Christmas as snow for Santa's grotto.
I can cook and sew, make flowers grow.
