NPower Homecare Boiler service

Booked an NPower boiler service for £49 after a tip off on MSE and was very impressed with the service. Chap called to let us know he was on the way, well within the allotted time slot. He carried out the 30 point service (as he should do!) but also told us how to top up the water in the pressurised system (which no-one did when we bought a brand new property).

He also advised us that our boiler hadn't actually been commissioned when installed (by the builders) and this could cause problems if we sell the house but we can insist the building company come and do it (they are still buidling here). Hubby will be on the phone to them on Monday!!

So, a big thumbs up for NPower homecare :T
