    if travelling by train lots of places offer you money off on entry if you show the tickets try http://www.2for1entry.co.uk/ for ideas

    Otherwise i normally take my 3 year old to see the dinasours & planets (natural history, geological or science museum-free and all on top of each other) then onto see the noisy clock (Big Ben), along to see the hopping men (horse guards parade) and then into St james park to feed the squirrels - they are so tame they come and take nuts out of your hands - enjoy!
