Help needed been scamed for tickets

Hi all I wonder if anyone can help me? I bought Muse tickets from a website called www.museboxoffice.com on Thursday night I had to pay in Euros and it came to 115 Euros. The following day I checked my email for confirmation and did not have any! I then researched the site and found out it was a scam. I immediately went into my bank to tell them this (Lloyds TSB) as they had yet to take the money from my account. I was told in the bank that there was nothing that I can do as I had used a debit card and this guaranteed payment! They have told me that I have to wait until 30 days have passed until they can do anything! The money is not due to come out of my account until Tuesday but I feel so helpless as I know they are going to take the money and not give any tickets. In addition I have told the bank that they have been known to go back to the account afterwards and take more money! Can anyone advise me on what I can do? Many thanks

LTSB give Visa debit cards do they not?

In that case there is a Visa scheme called chargeback to get your money back. You may have to argue with the bank about it (branch staff are notoriously ignorant) and you may have to wait the 30 days 'in case' your tickets arrive but you should be OK.

Yeah they are visa. Thanks for that the funny thing is i was on the phone to them yesterday and they said 'have you closed the account now?' i said no because when i went into the bank they had not said to. he said close it now because they may come back for more money! bloody banks!
