Maybe this should be made a sticky?

Great idea for a thread OP :-)
• Hi my local Tesco has IAMS Adult Large Proactive 10kgs Roast Chicken flavour for £3.35!!!!! Don't know if its store specific but it is a real bargain. The 7.5kg one sells for £19-£20! I found about 8 bags at the end of the dog food aisle with a big Reduced to clear label on them, still some left in Tesco Faraday Retail Park Coatbridge. (I took 2!)
The victims we know so well
They shine in your eyes
When they kiss and tell
Strange places we never see
But you're always there
Like a ghost in my dream

Tesco seems to be changing the cat food shelves around a bit...there are lots of different things on at 50% off, like one flavour of pouches or meat in tins from each range and cat milk. There are luxury products (these wee daft tins of pate etc) as well. I've been in two Tescos and the offers are different in each one, but well worth a look-see.

• 1kg of iams cat food for £3 in tesco until next week.
• Dried Dog Food - Morrisons were selling Bakers 3kg bags 2 for £7 last week, don't know if the offer is still on though
• Gourmet perle pouches, £4 a box in morrisons
• I have two kittens (7 months and 4 months) and the thing i get most annoyed about is supermarkets/ p@h only selling teeny tiny boxes of kitten food? Okay so sains/tesco sell it for ~65p but it gets so annoying!!

I feed the kittens anything on offer in terms on dried food (except whiskers) but normally just get the boxes from sains for 65p or the slightly bigger ones for £1.46 at P@H neither of which are ever on offer! (Did buy around 40 bags of the 99p a bag scienceplan 'trial' bags from P@H but they've all gone now :( )

Only ever buy pouches and normally just get whats on offer but for the last few months they've had the fishy whiskers and love it!

• This isn't a special offer as such but I would recommend Pets at Home own brand dry dog food as the percentage of protein is far higher than in any other make I've looked at, even Eukanuba, Iams, Pedigree etc. I read in a dog training book that it is better for the animal to have more protein in the food and that lots of dry food has mainly cereal as the main ingredient. I wouldn't have realised myself had I not read it, but for the money Pets at Home gets my vote. Just posting this tip - I have no vested interest in Pets at Home.
It's 5 o'clock somewhere!
