HiJack log to send to a forum ~ How?

Hi
I have a hijack log in Notepad on my Laptop that I need to get to a Malware forum.
I have copied it and tried to paste it in a folder on my memory stick but it just won't do this.
Is there another way? I need to get the info onto my hopefully uninfected desktop to load up onto the forum

use "Save as" in notepad to save it direct to the memory stickEx forum ambassador
