Bank interest charge calculator not working

Is there anyone out there who can help me please. I am putting together a bank charges letter for my Son - I have entered the first three charges plus dates incurred and the calculator has worked out the interest correctly. However on entering the fourth date 27/11/2005 with the relevant charge it is showing the interest as a negative amount and it is also far too high.

Not being a whizz on Excel or figure based spreadsheets I cannot work out why this is happening. The remainder of the spreadsheet has calculated all the interest as a minus figure which distorts the final figures needing to be claimed.

Thank you
