My mum had a machine she didn't know how to use so I took ownership when I was about ten or eleven then at senior school we did a fair bit in first and second year.     yeah I have thought about an evening class...along with the upholstery, and million and one other things Id like to do. I need to get a sewing machine (something else for the list) and just tinker. I used to do a bit when I was younger
