Thanks for all the above guys. I'm already in the process of sorting wills out and will be setting up a trust that will take care of an amount up to the nil rate band. Certainly wasn't thinking about making any decisions on life policies written in trust given our right honourable friends recent ridicuously vague and secretive back door policy making.
