I have tried to search this topic, but I think I broke the search function 
How long have you waited whilst negotiating offers on a property? ie, having put an offer in, then hearing back if its been accepted/rejected.

Pretty much always the same or following day. I have waited over two weeks on a reposession though!Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

If it's a standard offer it should be at most a couple of days, all of the ones I have made or responded to have been less than 24 hours.- = I also recognise the Robins and beep for them = -0

depends if you have a good estate agent as well, it should be a top priority for them so it should get done the same day.
