Total for today - 91p on cabbage (a present!)
OK a cabbage as a present....Palescene you confuse me!!!:rotfl:
After a good week so far I have spent today. Probably due to the relief at completing my portfolio for a course I've been doing - handed in / done and dusted....I hope! Plus I'd just been to the dentist just for a check up :T :T :T .
So I went straight out and spent £12 in Homebargins on deodorants, coffee and other bits and bobs on offer. Then went to Morrisons and spent another £10 on bread, milk, chicken (50% extra at the mo)...oh yes plus a bottle of wine (on offer....already consumed hic:o )
Feel so much better today than I did yesterday.
PS - If you have a big spend day...do you avoid admitting it here???0 -

Sorry for any confusion caused Looking Ahead and Wizwoo
I spent the day with my Aunt, instead of drifting round town we attacked my garden, visited babies and had lunch in the village (she paid). So when she expressed a fervent desire for purple cabbage and we found some at the local fruit and veg shop I felt I really ought to pay for it :rotfl:
My own personal take on big spends is that I admit it - though if it's a guilty pleasure I have to have a conversation with myself to do it! You'll probably spot the forced posts though - they're the ones with lots of justifying comments...!
(Sorry this is days late - poorly weekend in our house)
