Im only a week away from moving into my first house. I've got a blank canvas in terms of where to go for utilities (gas / electric / water) - so where are the best deals?

EDF Online 5 seems to head the charts for best energy deal followed by BG Websaver 4 and EON Capped 5.

Sorry to hijack another thread, but this seems relevent.
Is there anyway of estimating the potential cost of utilities to try and budget.
My partner and I are FTB, and looking to buy a new build in the forseable future.
