First time buyer, fresh start with utilities, whats the best deal?

Im only a week away from moving into my first house. I've got a blank canvas in terms of where to go for utilities (gas / electric / water) - so where are the best deals?

    Is there anyway of estimating the potential cost of utilities to try and budget.

    My partner and I are FTB, and looking to buy a new build in the forseable future.
