Hi,
This afternoon I recieved my iPhone 3G. I checked before buying that I had all the relavant pc stuff, however, I do not have iTunes
My bb connection is so slow that I was trying to download iTunes from 2:30pm until 5:30pm and only 14.4mb had been d/l then I lost internet connection & that was the end of that!
Anyways, I tried again about 7pm, was getting a "win 32" message? So I googled this and it is quite common with non mac users ( I have windows vista) So I followed instructions and went to tools-delete browsing history- delete temp internet files, tried to download again, got a bit further this time but then got this message again!
Please could someone help a total techno-phobe!

Hi, sounds like your internet connection could be the problem - do you know why it is so slow?0

Are you using a 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows Vista? If you don't know, press [WinKey]+[Pause/Break] on your keyboard:

At this point, it means very little. I only asked because having the 64-bit version requires that you download a different version of iTunes.miss_nadine_x wrote: »Its really slow because I live in a rural area:(

Have you been downloading it from the UK section of Apple's website?0
