Telephone or Meeting

Wow thanks for the fast replies.
Now to add a twist (doubt anybody would want to do this...)
But say you are offered a Telephone meeting - but for whatever reason (maybe you would like a coffee) - could you ask for a Face to Face meeting?
The coffee I was offered in my F2F interview definitely wasn't worth going in for. They serve coffee out of the machine - I was expecting Costa or Starbucks.

Under a new directive - if your papers have been completed impeccably - the examiner may at some OR offices offer Costa or Starbucks (it was sheer bad luck that 5 Year Plan went to an OR's office that doesn't participate in the new scheme).
As a general rule of thumb...
Papers "badly" completed = no coffee
Papers "adequately" completed = coffee machine
Papers "well" completed = nescafe
Papers "outstandingly" completed = costa or starbucks (with optional biscuits - and the permission to "dunk")0 -
It may have been because I went bankrupt before this new scheme started.
