Ideas and costs for a teeny kitchen?

Hi,
I am looking at buying a new flat but the kitchen is a tiny 6'4" square.
It ideally needs to have all of the following:
-Fridge freezer
-Dishwasher
-washer/dryer combo
-sink (obviously)
-Hob
-Oven
Does anyone have any good ideas of manufacturers? I looked at magnet and like their ideas for things like pantrys etc, and designed a kitchen with everything in it, but not sure if there is anywhere else.
Not sure on a budget, probabaly around three thousand pounds excluding the appliances. Is that going to be enough of should I budget more?
Any help would be appreciated!

Our kitchen is just a little larger than yours, and we got our kitchen units and worktops at ikea everything excluding appliances came to £1200 so you could go higher end and still get everything inc appliances for 3K with some clever shopping.0

If you can draw a diagram of the room, including where doors, windows and current gas/water pipes are, and post it on here (or PM me) I'll design it for you..If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

We are a family of three, and while our kitchen isn't that small there wasn't room to have everything I wanted when we got a new one put in, so I left out the oven and use a combi oven/microwave. Gas hob is am ust, or a halogen thingy one, I cannot cook well on electric.;)
We don't have turkey for Christmas dinner, that's the only thing I can think of it wouldn't do compared to a full size built in oven. It also saves a bit on electricity too - small oven means less running costs.
We bought our Smeg hob and chimney online ourselves for the same amount the kitchen company wanted to charge us for their own branded ones.:DMember of the first Mortgage Free in 3 challenge, no.19

Ikea do tall wall units which will go right to the ceiling for maximum storage. And tall floor to ceiling units with pull out baskets etc. They all work really well at using every available inch....0
