Depends on whether you have a mechanical or radio-switch timer.
If it's a radio-switched one then phone them up and ask.0 -
Chances are its going to be a fair bit later than 10pm, more like 12pm-1am.

The mechanical-timer switch has a clock dial and a couple of tabs stickling out which delineate the economy period.
Example tele switch here.0 -

Vary rare I`m not up by 7am and also use a timer switch.0 -
One problem, especially in flats, is the noise from a washing machine coming on(and especially spinnning) in the early hours of the morning.0

I've had Economy 7 for years and it changes with the clocks.
So since the March change (Spring forward), it will be 1am-8am, and then when clocks go back in October (Fall (autumn) back) it will be midnight-7am.
You may want to check your flat t's+c's to see if there are any restrictions around noise/using WM on top of the normal laws (the loud music one, etc). As someone else has said, noise from electricals late at night through to early morning can be a problem and modern blocks often have restrictions on this now. (Having said that if you have someone who works nightshifts and sleeps during the day, they'll still have that problem anyway!)
Hope that helps.Back on the DFW Wagon:
CC - £3,300 on 0% til 04/2020
CC - £4,500 on 0% til 02/2019
Loan - £12,063.84 as at 4/1/180
