I run a small business and have some cash to spare this year. Not sure whether to pay off some of the hugh loans or to make a drawing and invest.Have a look and have your say.
Mortgage on own home £55,000 4.99% repayment fixed till next year.(worth £450.000)
Mortgage on building for work £340,000 interest only 4.99% (worth 400,000)
Loan for another building £380,000 interest only 6% ( worth £400,000)
Edowments due out 2008 to cover personnal mortgage and pay off early-as no tax relief.
ISAs set up for paying off loans so far worth £51,000.
Dont need to pay off all of loans at end as could sell one of the buildings or lease or sell the whole business (this is worth about £100,000 at the mo minus the debts of course)
Have just over£50,000 spare funds at the mo-still leaving some for emergancies and some for a deposite for another building for expansion ! and I am not sure what to do with it.Look forward to your postings
