Worth a go but a lot of comapnies only take on through agencies now. At my work in the dept that employ agency workers they are actually on a higher hourly rate than the staff employed by our company.

And so they should be, that's how it used to be. Agency workers are supposed to be more able/willing and keen than full-time employees and they drop into the job at the drop of a hat, without any job security or future. No special treatment, or extras.

Probably 10-15% of your yearly salary.
