Hi Alyson, hope yours come today as well hunni.....:beer:, if there is no-one in and they tried to deliver, they should put a card through the door, to let you know where it can be collected, so in this case, take some evidence/driving licence and utitlity bill.;)

Yes had to sign for it, had no idea what it was as the envelope inside had no company name on it, was just plain white! And didnt dare believe it till I had ripped it open and saw the FSCS logo. xx
