    mind mines a welder and builds boats that worries me we must have a brave navy :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

    OMG my hubby will be jealous of your hubby a "boat builder"......:eek:, wow a very good job there then "welder".:T

    My hubby though is not at work at the moment, the steel plant closed down, but still waiting for a date to return, as the plant are bought over by a guy from Russia, so yep you guessed it he is a "Steel worker" so really when it comes to explosions he should be used to that lol :eek::rotfl::rotfl:

    Thought I would wait until Mid day tomorrow to see if the FSCS get back by email, if I hear nothing then I will contact them, dreading it though....:o.

    Did you receive one of those questionnaires NEWTONCHANG from Deloittes?

    yes he works in the shipyard he's only been back there coming up 2yrs because he got made redundant he was a forman in a soap powder factory for 13yrs tehn the shipyard started to take back on so he went back to his trade ;) hope your hubby hears about a start date soon that will be more good news :beer:

    My hubby misses it so much, he keeps in touch with the plant manager often, he is great, when the plant went into administration, the managers have had to stay back, so this way my hubby gets to know what it going on, at the moment though as its a huge plant, the repairs are going on forever, new roof's on each unit, then there are meetings after meetings, all we want now is a restart date, then things will start falling into place again.
    If we are successful with the FSCS the money on that is a help towards the mortgage arrears, so here's hoping.:beer:

    no i never hun they rang me and asked me questions over the phone a week ago saturday then said they would be working on it that day then passing it back :confused:

    I don't think everyone received one, just a selected few I think.
    That's okay then, if they rang you, they obviously happy with everything they have received from you, and a good feeling here then, it could be in this weeks batch to be posted to you.;)
