    Awe Thanks Dialysis
I must say I think Marshallka is right in the fact that we must pay as much as we can towards the rest of the picture loan. However our car is absolutely nackered at the moment so I think we will be using a bit of it to get it sorted. The rest I am afraid to say will be going back to the robbing Picture:mad: so we can reduce our repayments and worry a bit less!!X
We are the same hun our car is not too well either so we will have to look at that either. Hubby says we should get it serviced but its not worth that much now. Its so annoying that we have to pay it back to them:mad: but as you say if it makes the worrying less then...

Uncertain what my APR was as I have no paperwork handy. I presume it would be the same as Dyalysis' as we took the loans out at the same time. My loan was repayable over 25 years. PPI covered my OH for the first 5 years. Hope this helps. Thanks.X:D
If your actual PPI amount was £12500 and they redress the same as mamammia's then you will get back 12,500 plus the 24 months interest on the PPI being about £100 per month (cannot be sure but worked on your total repayments against the PPI and interest were 137 so just working on £100) so that is £2400 and then of course so much is worked at 100% and some at 90% and then there will be 8% statutory interest from date when Picture went into default. It will be a good amount.;)

Have you managed to calculate mine, roughly . I think you could calculate my PPI as being £12,500 and £16.500 as I am unsure of the amount it was. Thankyou soooooo Much.XXX
Sorry not noticed, you have done it, Thanks.XXXX
