Reclaiming twice?

I reclaimed off the Halifax years ago when the reclaiming started and got back about £1000 in fees as we struggled a few years back, since then my accounts have been perfect but whilst ive been away some money wasn't transferred into my account sending me overdrawn giving me 3 bank charges totalling £105. Can I reclaim against my bank again?

I have quite a bit of money in different accounts with them so would have thought theyd refund me the fees to keep me as a customer but the girl on the phone wouldn't budge.

I didn't know if there was a rule that you could only claim once against the same company?

No, there isn't. You can claim any charges incurred since the last claim.

Ah thanks, Halifax told me tough and when I said that I will jujst have to reclaim and close all the different accounts, they told me that I won't have a chance as the last time i claimed they stipulated about the fees etc

They're probably referring to an acceptance form you may have signed last time, which they mistakenly think binds you to accepting for ever and a day, whatever future fees they see fit to impose . Complete tosh, of course.
