Fencing and shared access/pathway

Hey guys,

I'm hoping for a bit of advise. My house is on the market, no offers atm. The house next door is a HA property and we have a shared access/pathway to our front doors. The HA have re-done the fencing for all the HA properties on the street and have given my neighbour a nice new fence (Yay, neighbours garden an absolute state but now nicley covered up!) but they have placed the fence straight accros his garden with a gate over the pathway. Now the path to my front door looks like it belongs to his garden!

For the past 4 weeks I have spoken to HA, someone should have come out to look at the problem, but they don't return calls/emails and have yet to do anything :wall:

I know this is going to cause problems when, fingers crossed, we do get moving on a sale - the pathway is marked as shared access on the title dead/land registry, so I want this to be sorted before it gets to that stage.

What are my options?

Apologies for the long post!
