Basically we are planning a single story rear extension (4mx4m) with a small toilet rough build cost of 15k. Never having done this before was wondering how much it costs to have plans drawn. We don't need planning permission but do require builing warrant. Have got one quote and was quite surprised at the cost

anywhere between 250 and 750 quid.Get some gorm.0 -
just paid 400 for my extention plans. BC cost extra as well as the letter to say we dont need the planning approval. inspection fees extra also.0

Been quoted £650 so thats probably about right. Might just get another couple of quotes as well.
