Could someone help me-reclaiming from Lloyds

I have started the process for a claim whilst in financial hardship, Ive recieved a letter back from Lloyds saying they won't refund my charges but they will set up a payment plan with me to pay off my overdraft. Im looking at sending the template letter to threaten court action but Im a little stuck - which court do I say will rule i my favour is it just my local court? Also Ive had charges added since the last letter do I add these on now? The charges are over £1000 so Im despetate to get these back and pay off the 450 overdraft I have with them, any advice is appriciated!xx:beer:

Do you have priority debt arrears(mortgage/rent, council tax, utilities)?
Did you reclaim since July 2001?

You've not claimed credit card/catalogue charges?
They are easier than bank charges because if you take the claim to the county court it will be stayed automatically so is kinda pointless taking the bank to court.

I know, and I kinda have been around for a number years on various forms so it will be fine.
If you have credit card charges then start the process of getting the details of the charges over the last 6 years.
