A bit more news: They called on Friday to say "five days to sort this", but today I put in a cheque and the teller said it cleared instantly. I have been complaining about their trashing my account by taking at least five business days to clear a cheque, and charging about £400 in that time in bounces. No result. I post the video and suddenly they're calling me and my cheques clear instantly. What gives? Isn't that a weird coincidence?0
