pre payment meter rebate

hi dont know if sombody can help with my problem today i recived my electric bill statement (pre payment ) its states on the statment that i am £357.00p in credit does this mean i am entitled to a rebate and if so how do i cliam it thanks in advance for any help

Is it showing all your usage and payments? Is it up to an actual reading? Then yes phone up and ask for a refund.0

i got one of eon a few months back saying i was about 200 in credit so i rang up and said send cheque but they looked through the account and found and error with the payments from the meter not going to right place so its doubtful that you do have a creditSealed pot challenger # 10

Hi with pre-pay you will always be in credit until the account bills to actuals, you pay as you go so will never get a refund unless you switch suppliers and leave credit0
