decking with rail & stairs

I've had a quote for some decking, pressure treated, flat type with no grooves & covering an area of approx 25'x25'. There will be a handrail & some stairs leading down to the garden proper. Some shrubs will need to be dug up & perhaps my garden shed lifted.

The quote I've had is for £4k. The price is for the London suburbs, so didn't sound too excessive to me, but would like to hear any comments from anybody else with knowledge of decking if possible as I'm a complete novice.
The bigger the bargain, the better I feel.

I should mention that there's only one of me, don't confuse me with others of the same name.
