I won this along with 3 other items that turned up really quickly but the Loreal hair mask was missing. I emailed Conde Nast and Laura Tew came back to me saying she'd chased Loreal. Within the next week I received the hair mask and I didn't have to pay anything. This was about 4 weeks ago then last week I got another one through the post!!! Hope it all gets sorted for you and some of my luck rubs off on you.0
