I also received a loreal mask but they had forgotten to pay the postage on mine too and I had to pay £2.85 to get the parcel. Have e-mailed Glamour mag and will post here if I get a reply. I don't win much and it has taken the 'specialness' out of my win. Am not impressed....

I went for the one posted on one of these threads (Laura.Tew@condenast.co.uk) but that gives you another email addres when you contact her as she's away till next week (dopey me cant find it right now) I'm not going to collect it and pay the £2.85 unless they send me the cash to go and get it and I told her that, RM will keep it for 3 weeks aparently so they have that long
