Natwest Charges Claim

We started to claim our charges from Natwest back a few weeks ago under financial hardship. It's only about £300 but it's better in our pockets that those of the banks.
Today we've received a financial statement to fill out and send back.
Once I have filled this out do I need to send anything back with it to save them 'stalling' by writing back in another couple of weeks asking for copies of documents?
How long from this process do you think it will take to sort out?

You need to complete the income and expenditure form with household income on it plus send in any notices of arrears

If the correct information is sent then it should take 5 working days for a decision to be made from the receipt of the form back.0
