Writing to bank for list of charges...

I have finally got round to reading here about how to reclaim bank charges (and credit card). It all appears to be very detailed and involved to someone like me who gets overwhelmed with all things financial. So just a few questions at this point.
If my account and credit card are with Lloyds TSB do I write to same address for both requests and what would the address be?
Will the bank only send me a list of charges I can claim for or will I need to comb out the relevant bits?
When I finally post the letter claiming back the charges is it then going to sit in a queue waiting for a decision to be made. I am not keen to go down the county court route so at what point would I need to pull out to avoid this? Thanks a lot ...

For the details of the charges then 1 letter with £10.00 cheque/postal order payable to LloydsTSB

You might have to comb through the relevant charges but that is what most of us lot on here who post are for, to give help and advice when necessary

Your claim might go through the FOS so you don't have to file a county court claim0 -
Is the address for the bank account going to be the same as the credit card if both are with Lloyds TSB? Is it one cheque per letter or would £10 cover both account and credit card information?
The template I have kept to exactly and only added my details at the blue text. Am I meant to add anything else or do the templates say enough? Many thanks.:money:0 -

1 cheque for £10 to cover Bank account and credit card. 1 single cheque for both.
You put on the account details you require the information on.0
