Hi dalip (or anyone else who can help please)
I have printed the forms off and have had a quick look through them.
Form 6.27 I am concerned with regards to question 4.........
I agreed a token payment of £1 to Northern Rock, and HSBC agreed I could reduce my credit card repayment to £50
Not sure if you have the forms to hand, so I will type what it says and then could you tell me if I have/or haven't done any of these?!
That within the period of five years ending with the date of this petition
(i) I have not been adjudged bankrupt
(ii) I have not (made a composition with my creditors in satisfaction of my debts) or (entered into a scheme of arrangement with creditors) (S16 BA 1914)
OR
On......I made a composition (entered into a scheme of arrangement) with my creditors
(iii) I have not entered into a voluntary arrangment
OR
On......entered into.....etc
(iv) have not been made subject to an administration order under part VI of the CCA 1984
OR
On.......etc etc
Due to HSBC and N/rock I don't know what to put?????? :mad:0 -

I think you will find it is referring to a DMP or IVA not the token payments. I had told my creditors i was trying to do an IVA but it fell through and it was still crossed out. You could try ringing one of the helplines or pm debtinfo or try one of the cccs helpers who use this forum. I also read that to mean a formal arrangement like IVA. Your arrangement with HSBC and Northern Rock don't fall into any of those categories.

it is refering to formal agreements, particularly where there may be a continuing agreement like an IVA where a certificate of failure is neede before bankruptcy. it is so that the judge can make the order knowing that he/she is not contraveening any other orderHi, im Debtinfo, i am an ex insolvency examiner and over the years have personally dealt with thousands of bankruptcy cases.
