I see Dalip has already gone over your SOA. My comments would mostly be the same.

Thanks both, appreciate all your help.
Should I close my Nationwide a/c today - or just leave a minimum amount in there, say £1 - £5? I will go in and cancel all direct debits though.
With regards to the SOA, is this a form that I take to the court, or is it for when OR gets in touch?0 -
If you already have a new account open then you could close the nationwide one. It makes things tidier not to mention £1 is £1, you never know when you might need that. It would go to the OR otherwise.

Many, many thanks x
I am off up to town now to close my account.........this is the first little step on my road to BR! :T
D+D x0 -
That'll save you having to list that account on your BR forms too - and if it had a debit card you won't have to list that now either - if you did your forms by hand you'd be saving a lot of time!

I've closed my nationwide a/c!!!
You mentioned doing the forms by hand.....do I just print a blank one off from the link you gave me earlier?
I can't remember if you have already answered this question......what do I do with the completed SOA? Do I take it to court when I go?0 -
Hi DD,
You need to fill in the bankruptcy forms which can be found on the bankruptcy help sticky on the forum front page. This is a long form which you can do online or by printing out and filling in by hand.
The SOA link given earlier is not part of the form it is just used to assist you on this forum. Hope that helps
