I shall do that in no time. I can not wait to see what they are disclosing:mad:
Although I have not been on this forum, I have reclaimed a lot of charges going back 2 years ago. Some of them I have been getting all of them back with other banks I am still fighting.
They want to hide the truth then I will not give up until they reveal it all and return the whole thing. :beer:

I have started to reclaim all this unfair charges a while ago.
Out of 5 banks only 2 paid what I have reclaimed and that is Lloyds and Abbey after telling them that I will file a claim through court.....and after 5 months of writing letters after letters the outcome was quite good.
I am still waiting for Mint (one of the worsest bank) and Capital(another rubish one) to pay up. Even went to FOS with both,.
FOS given them 14 days to reply but no sign of them....then they replied to FOS and said that they will send the payment....
It has been another 14 days since and no sign of any payment.
