Not receiving bank statements anymore

Hi there everyone,

As I have had problems with banks fro so long, I have decided to ask CCCS to gather all in one payment.
My question is: Since I have set it up with CCCS why the banks stoped sending my statements???? Is that normal:confused:?

Just as I have started to CCA some of the banks as well as reclaimed all the unfair charges which some banks repaid them, I wanted to see exactly what they have deducted and if there are any other charges applied....as it is well known that banks will try to recup the money repaid using any unjustified methods...

Anyone??? Help!!

Thank you kindly,

  • Your bank accounts could be in collections - ie closed down from branch level.

When I was with CCCS a couple of credit cards stopped sending statements.
  • We never get a statement for our loan account. When i questioned them about it they told me they dont provide that service, as payments are as originally agreed. We have to phone for an uptodate balance, but it would be good if we didnt have to.

    This happened to me also.

In fact I have never once since 2005 received a statement form Natwest. I have repeatedly requested one and been refused. I need to know how an original debt that started out at £150 is now standing at over 1k, but they still refuse.
Wow, I got 3 *, when did that happen :j:T:p

Why not make a SAR request costing £10?

    Hi Jones,

Only 1 acc was in collection before going to CCCS and the funny thing is that is the only one to sent the statements.:j

    Hi,
Yes. I should do it but I only wanted to see what every month goes in and out.

Then when you see the statements, count back 6yrs and get a claim for excess charges made and if you're stuck give us a yell and we'll sort you with a more 'formal' letter :D
