1. The competition will run between 5th August and 30 September 2009.
2. No purchase is necessary for entry.
3. The first prize consists of a Sony Bravia Home Theatre System - including 32" HD Ready TV + DVD Player and Satellite Speakers, should the prize become unavailable, beyond the control of the promoter; PPG Architectural Coatings UK Limited a similar model with be made available to the same value. Runner up prizes include one of five Apple iPod Nano 8GB, colours may vary. The prize fund is worth over £1,000.00.
4. To enter this competition, entrants should fill in the registration form via the Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Website https://www.johnstonespainttrophy.com/competitions for their chance to win a Sony Home Entertainment system plus one of five ipod nano runner up prizes.
5. By entering the competition you are agreeing to receive Johnstone’s Paint Trophy updates. Should you at any time no longer wish to receive further Johnstone’s Paint Trophy communications please contact us at: enquiries.acuk@ppg.com to de-activate your account.

7. Entries received after this date will not be entered into the competition. No third party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted.
8. Only one entry per person is allowed.
9. No cash alternative is available.
10. The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on Friday 9th October 2009. Each winning entrant will be notified within 48 hours of the draw by email or telephone as per details provided.
11. If the prizes are unclaimed or declined, supplementary winners may be drawn at the promoter’s discretion and notified by telephone or email. PPG Architectural Coatings UK Limited will not be responsible for any inability of the prize winners to take up the specified prizes.
12. The names of the winners may be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope detailing your request to the promoter’s address clearly marked: Johnstone’s Paint Trophy Register To Win Competition, Huddersfield Road, Birstall, Batley, WF17 9XA.
13. The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion due to circumstances beyond its control.
