PS2 action replay , how to use Power saves??

Hello everybody 
I was just wondering , I have action replay Max and I am trying to use a powersave from Codejunkies but the problem is I haven't got a clue how to use them?? It's PS2 cheats........
Can anyone help? I'm trying to do it via a pendrive......
I had done it before years ago but have now forgotten how , it went something like uses the Max media creator to do it.
Any help appreciated
