Sorry, I should explain that I'm not as computer illiterate as I make out. This is why this issue is puzzling me, as I'm usually able to sort anything that comes my way.

last suggestion... try to go onto the website using a proxy... http://www.aliveproxy.com/fastest-proxies/
make sure the proxy works on normal sites as well.. they'r often down0
