Please Help Kaspersky

Hi all I am no good at all with computers so if any can help I will be very grateful. I have installed kaspersky on my sons laptop and it has found some threats which I have tried to quarantine but I must be doing something wrong as this doesnt work. When I choose quarantine another box comes up and I have no idea how to move the detectd items into it. Can anyone advise me what to do? Many thanks Jacqui
