Just want to say well done to all those who passed their A levels, hopefully you may also have managed to get the grades you wanted. Try also not to be too disheartened by the newsreaders, journalists and MPs who tend to condemn these A levels instead of celebrating the fact that Britain has got brainy people.

Britain does indeed have a lot of brainy people who I agree should be celebrated, unfortunately I believe that A Levels are no longer a way of distinguishing them as they are now almost impossible to fail. The government are far too focused on getting people into University nowadays which has devalued both A levels and degrees when actually for a lot of people alternative avenues are far more suitable and will lead to just as fulfilling careers. Sorry, rant over!0
