Green Thumb lawn care any good?

I just wondered if any one uses them? 
My lawn is full of weeds and looks really poor. I seem to spend loads on weed and feed products that just don't seem to work.
I am not sure what sort of costs I would be looking at as I think my lawn needs the works :rolleyes:
