Why have I got BIG text?

A few weeks ago whilst entering this site the size of text on the boards suddendly went really big. So big I can not see all of the subjects and info across a page on screen without scrolling. This has also happened on some other sites but not all sites.
Anybody know what is going on and how to make the text smaller again. I have checked the sceeen resolution and it is still 600 x 800 that I have always used.

At the top of the page, click on View and in the dropdown list hover your mouse over Text Size. Then choose the size you want.0

another way....
If you hold down ctrl while turning the scroll wheel on your mouse this will change the size of the text ;D
(that's probably how people change their text size in the first place - doing the above by accident)0 -
