hi
we have had a secured loan on our property for last 9 years - some of these have been tough and so sometimes payments where a bit late - no more than 30 days and always brought up to date.
the loan company have added many charges over this time and have now informed me that £2000 will be outstanding when the loan finishes next year this amount is purely charges and admin costs.
does anyone know if i can contest these atall otherwise we have now got to find the additional money.
thanks
