I am on the fixed price energy online tariff that ends on 31st August with Scottish power, no matter where I look when I log into my account it doesn't tell me anywhere what the price per kwh is, can anyone tell me?

I have never had a paper bill in the last year I have been with SP but as I now want to look at switching I need to know if I'm going to be getting a good deal or not

thanks

    Hi Millie,

You should be able to see the price per kWh on any of your online statements. If you're having difficulty and would like my help, feel free to PM your details.

If you log into your SP account on line you can view and download your last four bills at least.

Select 'Bill & consumption history' in the left hand menu, then select 'View my bill & payment history '.

In th Bills/charges column you'll see your billing amounts underlined. Clicking on these will bring up the bill to view or you can download it as a pdf file by clicking on the 'PDF Version' link in the top right hand corner (best to download the files and print them so you have paper copies).

Details of the consumption and the tariff rate are on page 2 of the bill.
