Does anyone know of the address I can make a complaint to regarding RM Special Delivery service?
I bought some Euros from a bureau de change in London on Monday, and paid for next day special delivery guaranteed before 1pm, they didn't arrive by 1pm, when I phoned the local sorting office at 1pm they told me that my package was there and would be delivered 'sometime during the afternoon', this is not the first time I have not had a special delivery item delivered on time.
I was going to let it go but oh has told me I paid £5 for this service so should complain, I am not expecting anything, perhaps a refund of the delivery service I paid for minus first class postage would be nice!. My normal post didn't turn up while 7.50pm last night either:rolleyes:

It's all on the RM web site - Please keep your proof of posting receipt. If your item is not delivered on time we’ll refund your money providing you have your proof of posting and claim within 14 days of posting.

The company that paid for the postage would have to lodge a claim with RM I think...complain to them and let them do the legwork for you!0
