Who's Applied to Barclaycard recently?

Hi, I applied to Barclaycard before Easter for their 17.9% Platinum card. They searched Equifax. I received a letter saying sign here to receive your card...... and sorry we were not able to provide you with the card you applied for, but you have been successful for a Platinum Card at an interest rate of 19.9% with the normal BT til Jan 07 and interest free for 3 months. Anyway, signed away as they had already searched my CR file, but was wondering, does anyone know how long it takes to get their card, and what the limit could be as they have upped the interest rate? :eek:

Hi Spell,
I applied for a Platinum card last week online, it arrived within a few days, card and all. I got a credit limit of £4100, and at the moment I have three other credit cards (only one has money on it though).
When you say you got a rate of 19.9%, is that for balance transfers, or did you get BTs for 0% til Jan?0
