About A&L online bank

Hello,

I am now in holiday (outside UK) and want to check the balance of my A&L current accout. However, when I try to log in my account and I found that I cannot. Everytime when I try to log in, they always said that they have been unable to log me in on this occasion. It quit strange becuase everything is OK just before my holiday (about two or three weeks ago). They gave me a reference number and telephone number, and let me contact helpdesk for assistance. However, I have already tried three times and each time I can hear them clearly but they can not hear me.

Does anyone have simlar problems with A&L online bank in recently and know any other contact method of A&L online helpdesk?

It may be a security issue, if you are trying to access your account from a different computer that you have done before (esp if your abroad), they probably just want to speak to you to see if it is really you that is trying to access your account & not some one trying to hack into your account.

Another bank did this to my husband & he was only trying from a computer 1 mile away from the one he normally uses.
