Once upon a time ,I had yahoo messenger installed on PC .I switched it off because a program I was un-installing told me to and ,now it won't open up .
The error report told me to download the new version but ,it keeps on sending error reports and closing .
Any ideas please .?

You can use a FREE third party piece of software such as Trillian (https://www.trillian.cc) to access your MSN, Yahoo!, AIM, ICQ and MIRC accounts all at the same time.
Also Trillian is much more reliable than certain direct party software such as MSN, plus its not as open to attack, as its third party.

Make sure u have fully removed Messenger, Control Panel, add/remove programmes. Or My Computer, C drive, programme files, then remove the Messenger folder. Then download the latest version of Messenger.0
