K!raskin-Esthetics range goody bag prize draw (UK) terms and conditions

1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 and over, with the exception of L'Or!al employees, their immediate families or anyone connected with the promotion.
2. No purchase is necessary.
3. Entry to the draw is free. Only one entry per person. Entrants must have internet access to be eligible for the prize draw. Entries will only be accepted via the official K!raskin-Esthetics website.
4. Entrants must read and accept the website Terms and Conditions and Privacy Statement to be eligible.
5. Incomplete, illegal, illegible, misdirected or late entries will not be accepted. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt. Responsibility cannot be accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed due to technical problems.
6. Entries must be received on or before 7th September 2009. The prize draw will take place on the 21st September.L'Or!al reserves the right to revise this date and extend the period for accepting entries to the prize draw.
7. 200 completed entries drawn at random will receive either an Anti-Ageing Range or a Moisturising Range goody bag. The content of each bag is as follows: Anti-Ageing goody bag

8. All winners will be notified by email within 28 days of the draw date.
9. The prizes are as stated and there are no alternative prizes or cash substitutes.
10. The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. Winners agree to participate in publicity accompanying or resulting from the promotion. No additional compensation will be awarded for such promotional activities.
12. If a prize is declined or if a winner forfeits the prize under these terms and conditions, then the Promoter may at its absolute discretion draw an alternative winner.
13. The names of the winners will be available by sending an S.A.E. to L'Or!al UK Ltd, 255 Hammersmith Road, London, W6 8AZ within 6 weeks of the draw date.
14. The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the prize draw at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its reasonable control.
15. English law applies and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any proceedings in connection with this promotion.
16. By entering the prize draw, entrants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted the terms and conditions.

i dont know what this is, i entered my details pressed submit. looked at t and c and it says about a prize draw. did i enter the right one?

How did I miss the Ts and Cs? Sorry all seems like a prize draw potential freebie then.. I have edited title of thread now to make it clearer.
